We will examine how stress manifests physically, emotionally, and behaviorally, as well as its impact on long-term health. Participants will also gain insight into the role of personality and lifestyle in stress management, the common causes of stress within their profession, and how stress differs from pressure. Finally, we will introduce the concept of resilience and discuss practical strategies for strengthening it.
