    Hi Kerry,
We do not have dextrose in our practice but glucose 30% fluid.
Can we also use this? And if so how can we best go about this?

Highly cellulair sample not usually seen in the spleen
Population of cells which show criteria of malignancy: anisocytosis, anisocorie, prominent nucleoli, multiple nuclei, nuclear molding
The population of cells show a combination of epithelial, mesenchymal and round cell population.
    No pigment can be seen.
I would be worried about amelanotic melanoma

    Hi Scott,
I don’t understand how I should use the formula for the use of Prednisolon 50-60mg/m2/day. Do I divide the mg with BSA?
    Kind regards,
    Anna

Eccentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle. Thickened mitralis valves with prolaps of posterior leaflet.
I think blood culture should be done (since the dog has pyrexia of unknown origin)
For the frontlimb lameness I would be worried about a tromboembolie. I would measure glucose level central (v. jugularis) and periferal (in this limb) to see if there is a difference which is suggestive of embolus.

Thanks for your tip! I was also able to watch the videos after downloading the file.
I agree with Nathalie, only am wondering about “The pulmonary artery also looks enlarged (Ao/PA less than 1). PA enlargement suggests shunt or pulmonary hypertension to me”> could this maybe due to decreased cardiac output (systolic function) that the Ao is smaller in size??
I would be worried about DCM!
    Kind regards,
    Anna
