Leonor Roses

Leonor Roses graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Valencia, Spain, in 2012. Following graduation, she moved to the UK to pursue advanced clinical and surgical training, completing a rotating internship followed by two surgical internships, alongside time spent working in general practice.

Leonor subsequently moved to Scotland, where she completed a four-year residency in Small Animal Surgery at Vets Now, as part of a European College of Veterinary Surgeons (ECVS) approved training programme. Following her residency, she remained at the hospital as a Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon, managing a wide range of complex surgical cases.

Now based back in her native Mallorca, Leonor works within a referral hospital, where her clinical practice encompasses both orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. She enjoys the breadth and variety of small animal surgery, with particular experience in the assessment and management of challenging referral cases.

Leonor is an EBVS® European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery and brings extensive referral-level experience to her teaching, combining specialist surgical knowledge with a practical approach to clinical decision-making and case management.
