Emma Murphy

Emma retrained as a veterinary nurse following a career with competition horses. Emma trained in a multidisciplinary referral hospital and developed an interest in cardiology during this time. After qualifying in 2013 she went on to work full time in cardiology and pursued as much training in the area as possible; in order to further her knowledge and improve her skills.

Emma attained the Veterinary Technician Specialty (VTS) in cardiology in 2021

Emma Currently works at Sarah Smith Cardiology Referrals in Derbyshire as senior cardiology nurse. Emma is passionate about providing the best possible level of care for patients whilst in practice and providing support and advice to clients for homecare.
