For metabolic alkalosis I understand that its either non Chloride responsive or Chloride responsive to include
Gastric V+, diuretic therapy, refeeding syndrome and administration of Alkali (I assume Bicarb)
Is it correct that non-responsive means losing Cl- and responsive is gaining Cl-?
The last list I have is penicillin overdose and hyperaldosteronianism
