oh thanks Scott. Perhaps the MSc will give me better knowledge to communicate with confidence and perhaps a bit of finesse. I admit i may have been less effective in my communication than i could have been. the vet was a very experienced GP and its really daunting when you feel like your telling someone of that magnitude something
